Low blood pressure - tips for raising it

My blood pressure is on the low side of normal and always has been, I’m early 30s. It’s checked once a year for my pill and the nurse always just “says oooh nice and low”

I often get the black spots in my vision if I stand up too quickly, or will randomly feel dizzy for no reason - it’ll usually quickly pass.

Has anyone got any tips on how to raise blood pressure? I endeavour to keep hydrated and always have water on the go.

Salt on your food
Keep salty snacks with you
If you are feeling a little dizzy tap your feet if you are somewhere you can't sit down.

I take tablets which lower my BP. When it goes a little low I just think of something that really annoys meGrin
