Ear sensitive to noise

My left ear is extremely sensitive to high pitched noise it starts hurting and has a sort of vibration sensation. Anyone else suffered from this?

Sounds like hyperacusis. I have this, along with bilateral tinnitus. Unfortunately I've had mine for 6 years but it does get easier to deal with. When I first got it I used earplugs a lot but I don't recommend this as I just got more sensitive to noise. Sorry I can't be more help, but honestly it does get easier to deal with
