Noom/Second Nature, but for exercise?

A while ago I did 3 months of Our Path/Second Nature and it was...ok, but it was 90% concentrated on food and really very little on exercise. Week 12 was when the mentor weighed in with some positive small changes you can make to your exercise regime and tbh I could have done with that in week 1.

I don't find healthy eating to be really difficult but I really struggle with being a couch potato. I've been looking round for something like the above but 90% geared towards daily exercise. The crucial component for me is the mentorship and the chat. I'd love to take part in something where movement is emphasised and the eating part is less of a focus.

Does that exist?

(I know I can access an endless supply of exercise stuff in other ways, it's the online mentorship and group support I want.)

Or wants to start it! I would for sure pay for a daily prodding (over missus).

The only thing I've found effective is a personal trainer.

At the moment I have a running coach once per week who gives me homework and checks in on my regularly to make sure I'm doing my running and strength training.

Arietty I had a look - he seems a bit unstable! All the posts were rants or apologies about rants. Stressful to read! I guess I'm looking for something more commercial - that looks like he's got his personal sounding board sorted out.
