A while ago I did 3 months of Our Path/Second Nature and it was...ok, but it was 90% concentrated on food and really very little on exercise. Week 12 was when the mentor weighed in with some positive small changes you can make to your exercise regime and tbh I could have done with that in week 1.
I don't find healthy eating to be really difficult but I really struggle with being a couch potato. I've been looking round for something like the above but 90% geared towards daily exercise. The crucial component for me is the mentorship and the chat. I'd love to take part in something where movement is emphasised and the eating part is less of a focus.
Does that exist?
(I know I can access an endless supply of exercise stuff in other ways, it's the online mentorship and group support I want.)
