Pimply rash on face

Ds (19mths) has woken up this am with loads of little spots covering his cheeks, eyelids and forehead. Is it likely to be just a heat rash? They aren't anywhere else on his body.

bump as need to take him to nursery soon

does he sleep on his front? It could be a rash caused by saliva. If he has no other symptoms, I would take him into nursery.

my dds have had similar rashes, ususally on the chin and cheeks.

He tends to sleep on his back. I have shipped him off with dh to go to nursery anyway. He has been rerally grumpy for a couple of days but hasn't been running a temp or anything, he is bright as a button this morning so I'm presuming it's nothing major.
