Please ignore the horrendous photo! but my lips are often chapped and even when I use lip balm the rest of my lips get moisturised apart from this one patch circled on the picture on my lower lip it is always irritated and ridiculously dry and thicker than the rest of the skin. It burns and is irritated too.
Is there anyway to fix this? I don't know what it is.
