morning sickness.....after birth?

help -
I gave birth 10 days ago and for the last week have been queasy on and off and being sick. Usually after eating - so of course i'm not really eating which doesn't help with bfing.

it's almost like morning sickness again - and added to bleeding nipples and sleep deprivation is almost too much to take..

Anyone had this, or know what it moght be or when it might go or anything?

Lack of sleep makes me feel sick, but if yer actually being sick I'd go to GP. Might be infection. D'you have a temp?

I lost my appetite and felt sick at the thought of food, I think it was just tiredness etc and it soon passed. I would check with your gp just in case and just eat what you fancy rather than worrying about trying to eat the right stuff. I think I ate lots of cerial. Make sure you keep your fluids up though.

You need to go to your GP - agree with scattyspice - could be an infection or you may just have a bug. Try to eat your favourite food and get some lansinoh for your nipples

no, no temperature and all seems to be healing well. all i'm eating is choc biscuits and fruit.
will try to get to the gp but that in itself is a nightmare!
thanks for the replies but it obviously isn't just a post labour thing..
