The problem with wearable fitness devices is that they tell you things you wouldn't otherwise worry about.
My Garmin sports watch tells me my resting heart rate is anything from 45 to 85 on any given day. Is that normal?
Im quite fit and have no family history of heart disease, and both an EKG and a Holder monitor test were normal (had them for other reasons), so it's obviously not a big problem, but I really want to know what's going on!
