So I've read/heard a lot about back/neck probs while WFH but no one seems to have my issue! I've been sitting on quite a very thinly padded dining chair for 8 weeks...not solidly but on and off for 6-8 hours a day. I've had a sore bum on and off but in the last few days I've developed a real ache and neuralgia all round my undercarriage area! Everything feels sore. I tend to tilt my pelvis forward so also painful lady parts as well! Have tried sitting on a cushion but that's not helping. What can I do??

Draw a bath and put some Epsom salt on it. Sit in for at least 20 minutes. Will soothe the sore muscles.
Whether you have a good chair or not, it is good if you move every hour. May be go up and down the stairs.
