hi I have pretty bad knee pain especially when bending down, it's very painful but okay when i walk etc. It's got worse since lockdown and i've not been able to get about as much. I think I might have damaged it a year or so ago when doing squats.
It's not bad enough that I feel i need to see the dr but wondering if anyone has similar and maybe some remedies for the pain? i thought as i was resting it so much it would get better! I am a little overweight probably 10 pounds or so and know this can contribute...
