What are these spots on my cheek

These are on my cheekbone just under my eye, they aren't like regular pimples they are a bit itchy and i squeezed one and a tiny bit of clear fluid came out. They appear on my other cheek aswell and take ages to disappear.
I don't wear make up.

I have slightly spotty skin, black heads white heads I honestly think they are hormonal but all the time .
But around my period I break out a bit more

Looks like a cold sore, or perhaps shingles

Stop squeezing them for a start! I have tiny spots on my cheek bones and they are milk spots I think? Maybe put antiseptic cream on them and leave them.

I don't think they are shingles, Im not feeling ill, I get them occasionally and it's always baffled me because they always appear along my cheek bone.

I put sudecream on it over night and all the redness has gone and they have gone down a lot.

Maybe I need to change my pillowcase more often ?
