Ulcers - natural remedy.

I keep getting ulcers in the same place on my tongue. Does anyone have a natural remedy for them? The side of my tongue is really getting sore and I am fed up of them.

I would look at your diet... you may be deficient in something (I know v.little of these things, but have been 'educated' by McKeith! )

vegemite.

A piece of fresh pineapple held up against it a few times a day. No idea why it works - it was a bit of advice from MIL, which I hate to say was one of her better ones
