I have rosacea my skin looks greasy but is dry and splitting. I’ve been using Cerave but it doesn’t seem to help. Any advice on cleansing and moisturising welcome. I’m using Cerave cleanser. Can’t use fragranced cleansers. And I’m on a tight budget as I’ve lost my job.
