Snoring - nose/mouth things

Any evidence these work?
It's me that snores and I do feel for DH.
I don't have apnea (I don't think), I just don't breathe quietly when asleep!
I'm a bit overweight but not massively so.
Don't drink much, don't have many allergies, but I believe him because sometimes I wake myself up!

Snoring spray by nytol seems to be pretty good when my DH snores. It stops it for six hours or so. I haven’t found contraptions work well for him! Hope this helps 👌

Is that the foam one? If so it made me gag unfortunately.

I have mouth guard made by dentist. It works but it took a while to get used to.

If you train yourself to breathe through your nose ALL the time (it's obviously difficult at night but once you're used to it it becomes automatic ) it's a way they teach asthmatics to control their breathing.
