I fell over earlier and have a bruise on my thigh about the size of the palm of my hand and it really hurts from hip to knee. I guess I've bruised the muscle so which is best, rest it or keep going?
I've been sitting with it up all evening with a bag of peas on it but I'd already promised DD1 we'd be going to toddler group tomorrow and DH will have the car so I will have to walk. It's about a mile each way. Should I do it?
