blood test abbreviations- help please?

Hi, I've had hight temp and breathlessness, fatigue for 32 days now , tested negative for C-19 on day 20. Had 2 lots of antibiotics with no effect.
had bloods done today, I'm a nurse so recognised most of the tests requested, but does anyone have any idea what SF, LIPNF and TVD are ?

I think TVD is to do with vitamin D deficiency.

Lipids non fasting? LNF.
I'll have a think about the others. Google them.

Serum folate/ferritin? SF.

Can you ring the lab?
They will know because they're doing the tests.
