I've noticed since changing jobs to a desk job that I'm gassy and it's really embarrassing at work. My stomach makes noises that I can sometimes laugh off as my stomach rumbling (it's not) but it's more like it's building up and then I have to go to the ladies room to pass gas. It's quite disruptive to my work some days.
I don't eat fast/talk while eating/eat excessive amounts of any particular food group. Fit and healthy otherwise although I do bloat easily - I look 5 months pregnant after eating crisps! I'm 42.
Are there any remedies or things to avoid? Any help great fully received!
