I've heard they are good for helping digestion? Potentially help to suppress sweet cravings?

Has anyone tried them and found them helpful?

Is there any reason you can't just drink some apple cider vinegar?

It does suppress the appetite in general I find. I drink a bit in a glass of water every day.

It's not too gross...you get used to it. It's quite refreshing once you're used to it.

No reason except I'm a bit squeamish about it... how bad is it?

I'm hoping it helps gut health in general.

So to suppress sugar craving you are thinking about taking a sugar and syrup containing supplement . It makes zero sense.
Also, the best way to boost your gut health is to avoid ultra processed products, including gummies!
You won't cut your sugar cravings by chewing on sugar but by having zero sugar for a week!
