I’ve been experiencing bloating for a couple of months, particularly after eating, to the extent my lower ribs are sore a bit like in later pregnancy. I’ve gained a bit of weight but BMI still normal.
I’ve also had a couple of short cycles, my usual is 40+ days and last was 27 and I’m bleeding again today on day 19. I have a copper IUD (3yrs ago). The last year or so I’ve been bleeding after sex when I’m a week from my period starting. I was due a smear but it was cancelled.
Googling these two symptoms is pretty scary. Either symptom alone wouldn’t worry me. Is this something I should be checking out with the GP?
