I feel really terrible about this but despite daily brushing, my 18 month old ds has a line of what looks like tartar along the gumline at the front of his bottom 4 front teeth. I've tried scratching it with my nail and it is hard and won't come off.
Help! What do I do? It will only come off by being scraped off by a dentist, won't it? But he's so young, he wouldn't possibly be able to hold still for that!
Has anyone any experience of this?
