Weird mark on breast

Hi I am going to make a GP appointment asap but has anyone seen or had anything like this rash on my breast? It's been there a couple of months now and is a bit itchy. The first picture is from the start of Feb and rest are today.

Could be fungal. Have you tried anything on it?

Not tried anything on it yet, it does seem better today though. I think I was just panicking because I consulted Dr Google
