As I can’t get to a dentist I was just after some advice , I gave noticed a tiny black in colour spot on the inside of my cheek , I’m 29 , relatively healthy, it doesn’t hurt and no other symptoms , what may it be ?

It may be a blood blister, which sometimes happens if you bite your cheek inadvertently. Give it a week or two to see if it goes away, I don't think it's something to panic about just yet.

How strange it’s dissapeared already ! Probably a blood blister that popped , thanks :)
