Dental filling

Hi, I think I have the beginning of a cavity and I am going to need a filling as I can see a black mark on my tooth.
Due to the coronavirus, my dentist isn't open .
To add to this I'm pregnant- due early September. I really don't want this to get worse. I've already rang my dentist who has said it's not an emergency.
What's the chances that it will get worse in 6 months.
I haven't got any pain or sensitivity either.

If it’s only a small mark, I’d just be really scrupulous about dental hygiene and not worry too much about it. I had one of those literally for years.

I can see a tiny hole. But it's literally a pinprick size. Does gargling with salt water help?

A dental hygienist once told me to put a little bit of toothpaste directly on to the dark spot after brushing at night. Not sure how it helps but worth a try until you can see a dentist again.
