Why am I always cold

I'm always cold my hands and feet are freezing. I've got fleece pyjamas on, wooly socks and the heating on. I can't understand why, it's so warm outside yet I'm freezing.
Is this a health condition or just normal?

Watching with interest, recently ive been freezing my temp is 35.5 - 36, no clue why!

It's not warm outside yet! Well, only once or twice so far. It's bright and that fools you into thinking it should be warm, but it ain't. The air is still chilly.

SheWhoMustNotBeNamed95 · 16/04/2020 12:24

Yes maybe because they sky is blue I'm thinking it's about 20 degrees outside and it's probably more like 13 degrees.

Totally agree! It looks lovely but my house is freezing inside...very deceptive.

Isn't it "Ne'er cast a clout 'til May be out" ?

My hands and feet are often freezing and I get reynauds even indoors with the heating on. I have 2 temperature settings - boiling or freezing and i've had my thyroid tested and various hormone tests (thought it might be linked to something else) and they all came back normal. They always have trouble taking blood from me and someone said I have narrow veins so I wonder if it's related to my circulation?
