Trapped wind in chest

Could anybody give me a bit of advice please I’m in agony with trapped wind in my chest for the last 2 weeks it gets to the point it feels like someone is sitting on my chest I’ve tried peppermint and a bit comes up but not much I also suffer bad with IBS I’m just at a lose and don’t know what to do 😢

Just wondered if your meds helped get rid of your trapped wind as I am experiencing this too and also have IBS.
