About 8 months ago I had holter monitors and ecgs due to fast heart rate and palpitations and been told I'm fine but I have benign sinus tachycardia. During the holter monitor they have picked up some PVCs and PACs but said there is nothing to worry about and I had an echo and my heart is structurally sound.
Recently I have had bad palpitations in my throat and my heart feels quite irregular and skipping a beat in a row for about 20 seconds ish. I know I have had the all clear but if it was 8 months ago does it need to be investigated again? They are freaking me out when they happen. I had an episode about half an hour ago and its not just a little skipped heartbeat it feels quite intense and abnormal. I'm not sure what to do?
