Hello everyone. This may seem a bit trivial but I'm so zapped of energy I am after some tips.

I am 30, I have a 14 month old son & am 18 weeks pregnant. I work four days a week and have a normal life of shopping / errands / husband etc. I just find that I am so totally shattered all the time.

Are there any things I can do to try and get more energy??

Have you had your iron & B12 checked? Are you working from home at the moment? There's a lot of "lockdown fatigue" being reported which is apparently real!

OP I feel the same and have a toddler and a baby. Having young children is own right exhausting and so relentless that sometimes it is what it is and no other explanation. Being pregnant with a toddler is hard as well esp when small age gap.
