Have woken up today with cystitis symptoms, which are getting worse. Chemists all closed. What is the best thing to take? Is coffee bad? Help...

If you have them dissolvable vitamin c tablets work for me.
Also, the sachets you can get from supermarkets and smaller shops.

Coffee definitely bad.

Half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda dissolved in water will help the pain. A whole teaspoon of it’s really bad.

Lots of water

Parsley tea

No sugar or citrus

Cranberry juice and the powders you can buy. Work almost instantly for me. You can get them online and at the supermarket.

Thank you....

I wonder if Tesco sell the powders? Bicarb of soda in water is really quite..🤢
