Itching help?

It's been days now, and it's constant all over my body but there's no rash, I've just had to go out and buy antihistamines to see if they will help, it wakes me up in the night
I'm not using any new products
Moisturising doesn't help my skin isn't dry
What could be causing this?

Are you peri menopausal?

What are you washing and moisturising with?
What about the laundry soap you use on your clothes?

You may have developed a sensitivity to something.

Not menopause I hope, I'm mid twenties
I'm using children's farm to moisture as I didn't want to aggravate it further
I did wonder about laundry stuff but I'm not using anything different and I put on a dress today that's been hung in my wardrobe for a while so not recently washed but it made no difference

Prickly heat? I'm covered in it, taking an anti histimine and using aloe gel to soothe the itch. Spent today in the shade also.
