DD suffers from heat rashes. Before going away , we start anti histamines which don't prevent it but keep it under control. She has been caught out by the recent hot weather and is suffering really badly. Can anyone suggest anything other than anti histamines! She is doing cooling showers but this time, it has spears up her legs and arms and on her chest too.
Can I use hydrocortisone cream to see if it relieves it a little? ?
