Aching painful limbs at night?

With everything that's going on this is nothing in comparison but I just wondered whether anyone else had experienced this...

I am a fit and healthy 48 year old. However the last few weeks I have been experiencing painful legs (knees downwards) and arms (elbows to fingers). It feels a bit like restless leg syndrome when pregnant, as if I need to constantly keep stretching my arms and legs and clenching my fists to relieve it? it's only at night, although my legs are painful when I wake up. It's really disturbing my sleep and is so frustrating. I've been working out more over the last couple of weeks but it's not that sort of pain where you've overdone it?

Has anyone else had this??

Pre-menopausal symptom?
I got terrible joint pain, especially in my feet.

Otherwise, try a magnesium supplement or magnesium spray & massage it on legs at bedtime.

I’m a doc. Get a vitamin D supplement. I bet it’s that. If it doesn’t help, you can still get in touch with your GP. HTH

I have restless legs and taking a magnesium multivitamin and using magnesium spray has made an incredible difference. You may have to persevere with the weird feeling when you apply it. I found that quite strange so for the first few weeks would apply it, leave for 10 mins then wash off and it still worked.

I'm not a doctor but find magnesium helps. Or exercise.
