Weird lump...

I noticed a lump just above the end of my collarbone yesterday, and today I realised I could see it in the mirror.

Anyone had this before?

No one? Am I growing an extra head?

If not, and it’s still there tomorrow, you should call the gp and get it checked out.

I don't think so. I'll give them a call tomorrow. I'm guessing some sort of cyst, and hoping someone else here has had similar.

For all my jokes about extra heads and boobs, one feels a lump and quietly freaks out.

I couldn't see anything at first. Do you mean on your right hand side? It looks like an insect bite to me.

It does rather look like one in thst photo! It's hard and long (deep rather than wide) and feels like bone.

I've been to Doctor Google and I think it's a ganglion cyst. Have called GP and been popped on a list for a callback.

Spoke to GP, he said to leave it six weeks (unless it grows or starts to hurt) and if it hasn't gone away they'll take a look.

I might draw eyes on it.

My dh had one and the GP gave him antibiotics and it gradually went away.
