Weird burny itchy bump

I have had this come up on my finger.

When it first came you couldn't see anything but it felt like burning if anything touched it

Then it was a bit itchy , then it went away

It's come back again more red
It was a bit burny feeling yesterday but does feel anything today

if I press on it , it's still a bit lumpy but the redness goes away

Any ideas ?

Don't think I've been anywhere cold enough for chilblains

It's just one small patch on one finger
