Hand/arm/shoulder pain

End of last year I had painful hands, they would burn and ache, I thought maybe just a touch of arthritis. But this year it seems to have travelled slowly up my arms. Last few weeks my forearms have been really sore and weak and now my shoulders are agony. My hands and arms still ache but feels like the worse pain now in both shoulders, worse on left.

I know it sounds really odd - haven’t seen dr yet as don’t think it’s urgent in the current circumstances. But it’s getting me down ...

Any ideas what could be ?

Could it be Bursitis? Have you done any heavy lifting? I've had this a few times and it's very painful. I was given strong pain killers from the doctor and after the second time an ultrasound which showed inflammation of the muscle. Unfortunately, it took 6 weeks to recover and I slept on my sofa with a huge pillow under my shoulders for support.

Thanks for this I’ll take a look - it’s worse in my elbows and forearms today - worse in the left - literally whole arm sore ☹️
