Feels like something's always on my back?

Bit of background. I'm 25, have had back issues since 17/18. GP ready to diagnose Ankylosing Spondylitis but rheumatologist not interested, has suggested fibromyalgia. Booked for further investigation with new rheumatologist but it was 5 days before my DD's due date and she was 2 weeks early so this was cancelled.

For the past 2-3 weeks I've felt like there has been something on my back, toward my left shoulder blade. Almost as if a large bug/butterfly has landed on me or someone has their hand gently pressed on me. No matter what I do, it doesn't go. It doesn't hurt, it's just a weird sensation.

Has anyone had this and/or does anyone know what may be causing this sensation?

Not the same. I have fibromyalgia and have neuralgia all over my face and scalp. Itching, pins and needles, numb spots etc.
Perhaps a version of the same?
