I just wanted to ask is this normal with cerebral palsy ,mine is mild.Slight stiffness in the legs and slight co ordination issues with hands may occasionally drop something.Yet i am struggling to type my shoulder muscles are in pain,its sore,cramping and i am struggling to grip.And what i did to over exert i painted one wall of my daughters room,did some dishes and peel potato's for dinner.Yet this seems to be enough for muscle fatigue in my arm.
