I know I’m being totally irrational here but I bit the side of my tongue quite hard today I felt a bump there & thought that when I looked in the mirror they wouldn’t be anything there but a pimple but it’s really inflammed with a white blister , my anxiety is really bad at the moment I keep thinking was the redness there before I hit it but it bled a bit . I swished warm salt water around it but I’m scared its ridiculous . I keep thinking tongue cancer which stems from somebody talking about someone they know having their tongue amputated :(
