Pain 2 weeks after hyseroscopy

Hi, I had a hysteroscopy, which included a biopsy 2 weeks ago today. The day after the procedure I felt fine and back to normal, however over the last few days I have been experiencing an intermittent twinging pain in my womb. It is quite similar to the feeling I had during the procedure, though not as painful. My period is not due for at least a week. Should I be concerned about this? Don't really want to call my gp unless I have to. I would be very grateful for any info!

have you got a temperature? I would think if you were going to get an infection it would have become apparent before now. Could just be part of your cycle and tissue healing. I had one done nearly 2 months ago (under GA so can't comment on the pain during it!) but also had Uterine Artery Embolisation since then but I'm always getting odd twinges which I assume are related to my cycle and fibroids.

Thanks emmathedilemma. Lucky you, having a GA - I thought I was going to throw up afterwards!

No temperature so I will assume no infection. I do have fibroids and my periods are all over the place, so it could be related to that. It's just odd that the pain is so similar to the procedure. Maybe it takes a while to heal from the biopsy?
