Doxycycline help

I’ve been given doxycycline for rosacea and ocular rosacea. Has anyone taken this ? I need to ask some questions. I’m on 40mg How long does it take to work ?

I've taken it both for chest infections and skin problems. It took about 4 weeks to have an impact on skin. Be very careful in the sunshine, no alcohol and watch out for diarrhoea.

Ok thanks, I can’t wear sunscreen so I have to wear hats. How long did you take it for your skin ?

Four weeks. Though years ago I took tetracycline for rosacea for years. It worked very well.

Right I’ve been on it three weeks. Not noticed any improvement yet . Eyes seem worse if anything.
