Pea sized lump under my arm, generally feeling a bit bleeugh - virus?

Been feeling a bit light headed and sick since yesterday, neck hurting too. Found a very hard pea sized lump in my armpit this morning. Is this just swollen glands and perhaps a virus?

It really is probably nothing to worry about, but please go to your doctor and get it checked out just in case

I am a bit of a one for not going to the doctors until its absolutely necessary, although when friends ring with health woes I'm all 'Go to the bloody doctors thats what they're there for'

sounds like what I had and I did go and see a doctor and was a virus...
