Hi.
I know this is gross and no one wants to know and you may all feel free to titter at me. I have recently (in the last two weeks) become sexually active after a long drought. For the last couple of days I have had a kind of spotty rash down below specifically around my anus. Trying to figure out what it might be and the best way to treat it. I have used protection on every occasion I have slept with my new man so it is quite unlikely to be an STD. I am thinking either it is just a rash from being more moist than usual or thrush. There is no smelly discharge. This is what is confusing me.
