*Need urgent advice* whether to take dd in for the MMR today... she has a slightly runny nose...

... as she is just getting over a cold, but she's nearly fully recovered, just nose running a bit still. Don't know whether to take her in or not... but then if I make a new appointment what if she has something even worse next time? Don't know what to do at all! TIA for your advice!

this happened to us, and I phoned the HV, who said as long as she wasn't actually unwell, she would be fine, and she was! Why not give her a ring now?

Mine had his yesterday - should have been last week but was ill last week. Yesterday he was still a bit snotty but definitely the end of the cold. he was fine (but gave the cold to me)

It should be ok - DD had a cold when she had hers and her booster recently and the HV seemed not to be too worried about it.

I think so long as she has no fever, the cold isn't an issue... But I'm sure you could ring the GP to find out. Or even call NHS direct. Might get a quicker answer there.

Mine had runny noses too - as long as they don't have temperature and are really poorly I think you are OK.
