Started yesterday, horrible pain, a bit like period pain that is mainly in lower left abdomen but seems to radiate into groin, up to below armpit and round to my back. It’s constant. Responds to paracetamol but this only dulls it. I’m exhausted with it.
If it does t go soon not sure what to do. I can hardly get a GP appointment.
