I'm off to the doctor today to get it, but before i do, i just wondered as there's a 10% chance it won't work, would any baby conceived accidentally suffer any adverse effects as a result of the hormones etc involved?

I conceived DS1 after taking my mini pill 3 hours late!

Not sure if it increases the risk of any problems with the baby, but there is a slightly higher chance of ectopic pregnancy.

Maybe have a chat to your GP when picking your pills up if you're worried.

No apparently it is fine. I checked this in a major panic when I found I was pregnant after taking it.
