If you have a spare 5 mins and are feeling kind...

I can run 5k quite comfortably in 35-40 mins and about 28 if I run fast (that feels really hard to me)

I really want to a. get fit (esp for cardiovascular reasons) and b. make running a regular habit and c. lose some weight!

I can commit to 4-5 sessions a week of running or other exercise.

Any wannabe personal trainers?

Thanks in advance (I hope!)

bumping this for you (I don't have a spare 5 minutes nor am I feeling kind)

I am following a bupa training plan this is the half marathon one Would be quite good for you, you wouldn't have to increase the distance so much if you weren't needing to
