Non Obstetric Ultrasound!

Hi,

I am having an Non Obstetric Ultrasound what does this mean? it’s at my local family practice.

Another thing I am having abdominal scan checking Pancreas, Spleen, gallbladder, a kidneys?

But not pelvis or ovaries. I am confused do I need drink water to have a full bladder or no water?

I had to drink a pint of water an hour before mine. It's a scan just like the ones you have when you are having a baby. They stick gel on you but they press quite hard to see your organs, uncomfortable rather than painful.
