Gp asked me to take a urine sample, but it was rejected by the lab as it did not have the correct information. Can someone please explain like I’m 5 the correct process to prepare a sample?
I have written the correct information (name/date/time etc) on the sample container, placed and sealed it in the plastic bag then attached the plastic bag to the request form. I’m not sure where I’m going wrong!
