No HRT patches

I ordered HRT patches weeks ago. Just been told there is none anywhere and it’s either tablets of tablets and gel .
I have Gastritis that’s why I had patches to begin with .
Any suggestions as to what is best ?

I would post again on the menopause board and someone could advise. In my GP surgery the practice pharmacist advises on the closest available alternative.

We ran out of them here in Ireland last month. Restock wasn't expected for several months - and that was before Covid19! I think the medicine is from China.
I think you'll have to look at alternatives- I'm not sure about the gel.
