Bartholins cyst

I had an infected cyst a few years ago and I needed emergency surgery. Awful.

I had surgery and cyst went down but now it's back. Not infected. But large and ugly. I'm now single so this is a big deal for me.
I'm wanting to go to gp and try and get it sorted. Will they take this seriously?

I massaged mine in a hot bath and it burst. Failing that gp appt !

Ouch; I did the hot bath thing too and it popped.

Yes, I had large cyst. Was removed under GA It didn’t come back.

I had a second one several years after surgery on the first, phoned the GP and they gave me heavy duty antibiotics over the phone as it wasn't yet infected. Worked a treat, and hasn't been back since!

I had one removed under GA, it came back following an abscess I developed. Was a relief to have it gone and it's given no trouble since. Bloody hurt though.
