Elderly and Medically Vunerable

Reports today that the over 70's AND medically vulnerable could be ordered to self-isolatie for 4 months. I'm really curious with the term medically vulnerable; is this people with high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma etc?

As far as I know the high risk for serious complications of Covid are
diabetes, auto immune disease, heart disease, recent cancer treatment and lung disease. All multiplied if you are over 60.
I tick 3 of those boxes and I'm 61, DH is 70.
