Gurgling sounds from back of throat

Over the past week or so I've noticed sounds from my body. It's definitely not hunger belly grumbles. The sounds are more like a gurgling or bubbly sound and appears as if the sounds are coming from the back of my throat or chest area.

Does anybody that make sense? Has anyone experienced similar? I'm just after having another gurgling sound there at the back of my throat.

I'm too anxious to go to my doctor in case she refers me onwards to a hospital appointment and I would like to avoid hospitals.

I've had this when I've had a bad cold,really noticeable at night,it was like a gurgle/crackle. It went eventually

I'm drinking loads of water and I'm super paranoid about Coronavirus. Checking my temp regularly every day and I don't have a fever.

I get this usually when I've eaten too much and am really full 🐷.... I put it down to me not being able to burp! But it's never bothered me and I've never seen a doctor about it.

I've had similar especially when I was laying down, it was due to gastric reflux, indigestion.
I got put on lansoprazole and its stopped now.

Could be reflux or could be mucus dripping down the back of your throat from your nose, can you hear it when you breathe in bed?

I find anxiety makes it worse too.

I can hear the gurgling sounds in bed. The sounds sometimes appears to be deeper too. Like tummy or chest area. Travelling sounds if that makes sense.

Anxiety is huge right now but trying not to focus on the news right now. I had some bad sleep for the past fortnight but it's getting under control now. Trying to fit in relaxing hobby in the evening.
